After you click on the [NT] button, you will be shown a screen where you can enter the encrypted NT password.  You need to enter the 32 character string obtained from the SAM database. [More info on getting this string.]

If you want to use an NT example instead of getting a real live target, choose Help -> NT Examples to get to the following screen.

Select the text and hit the copy button.  When back at the NT screen, hit the paste button and the example encrypted password will be entered for you.
